Class description

In 7 days, your body starts to get used to our rigorous 2 times a day training. That is when your body start to rapidly gain strength and muscles.

If you are not satisfied with just “visible changes”, go for the advanced level, where you literally see yourself becoming a different person. 14 days of focused training enable you to breakthrough limitations you never thought you could have achieved. Soon you will realize the increase in energy levels, focus and power in the second week.

At the end of the 14 days, the changes in your body physically and mentally will only make you want more out of this regime.
