The Essence of Great Bodyline is Doing It RIGHT
Everyone can play with weights, barbell and dumbbell, sure. However without proper guidance and training, it can take forever for one to achieve one’s desired bodyline. I have learnt the hard way, only to realize that hard work isn’t the key to everything.
Pain is gain, but too much pain can be detrimental. Although pain is closely associated with efforts, too much efforts may result in impaired healing and muscle recovery.
My job here is pretty straightforward. I’m not here to monitor your weights and improvement in lifting. My goal is to ensure you achieve your desired bodyline in the shortest time possible using the least efforts possible. Sure you need to sweat, but I make sure every push and every move count.
