It depends on your goals, experience and recovery capacity. For beginners, 2–3 sessions per week targeting different muscle groups is a solid start. As you progress, frequency or intensity can rise. Rest days matter — muscles grow during recovery. We'll build a plan matched to your level.
It varies with the severity of strain. Mild soreness can settle in a few days to a couple of weeks; more significant injuries may take several weeks or months. Adequate rest, proper nutrition and gradual rehabilitation are key. Our trainer can guide you through managing discomfort safely.
