Training structure

WHAT TO EXPECT

#1 BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

You will measure your body composition with our Tanita MC-980, which will be documented to track your progress.

#2 WARM-UP

You’ll begin each class with some dynamic stretches to better prepare your body for exercises your trainer has planned for you.

#3 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Your training will consist of lower and upper body exercises using free weights and partial machines, with an emphasis on progressive overload.

#4 CORE & COOL DOWN

Finish your full-body workout with a couple of challenging core exercises, followed by some static stretching.
